Undergraduate students：
1. The course selection is divided into three stages: pre-selection, main selection, and By-election, withdrawal。
2. Pre-selection: generally at the end of the semester, choose the next semester's courses (non-retaking courses), you can choose courses and withdraw courses.
3. Main election: generally at the end of the semester, after the pre-selection time. If the number of students enrolled in the pre-selection stage exceeds the class capacity, the Academic Affairs Office will randomly select students according to the class capacity. Those who are not selected can choose other classes that still have spare capacity.
4. By-election, withdrawal: Usually in the first week of the semester. ① select re-take courses, ② select this semester's courses, ③ drop courses.
5. Students can log in their own Bachelor's system (https://bk.cup.edu.cn/student/login) to check the completion of the training program, each course is marked with a semester, carefully check what courses should be studied in the semester, which courses did not pass before, need to re-take, do not miss the selection.
6. If the openning semester is this semester, but the course is not available in the place where you choose the course, it may be that the course name or course number has been changed or closed, in this case, you can ask the teacher.
7. Completed students① can directly register for the exam without choosing the course (registration time is generally before the completion of the course).
8. If you choose courses outside the training program, failure will not affect graduation.
9. Before course selection begins, we will notify the specific course selection time in the wechat group, everyone must pay attention to the group news.
Postgraduate students:
1. Log in to the postgraduate system (https://gmis.cup.edu.cn/gmis/home/stulogin) to select courses by yourself.
2. Course selection time: Generally at the beginning of the semester, the autumn semester can choose the course of the entire academic year, that is, the autumn semester and the spring semester of the second year can choose.
3. Course selection will also be open at the beginning of the spring semester.
4. The first three weeks after the start of the course, you can drop the course, go to the main building B 207 Office.
5. In case of special circumstances, can not choose courses, you can also go to the main building B 207 office.
6. At the same time, the supervisor can modify the training plan. If you need to modify the training plan, you can contact the instructor at this time.
7. Special attention: Once you have chosen the course and obtained the result after the course, no matter you have passed or failed, the course cannot be withdrawn or deleted from the training plan. You must pass the course in order to graduate.
8. If a course is selected, but for objective reasons have never studied the course, can apply for withdrawal, no fixed template, write the course number, course name, withdrawal reasons, etc., signed by the teacher, give it to the main building B 207 Office.

Note: ① Completed students, at the end of four years of undergraduate study, did not meet the graduation requirements, but obtained more than 70% of the total credits, can be completed, issued a certificate of completion, no degree certificate. Such students are Completed students.
